The reasons for the burnout of refrigeration compressor are as follows:
1. One of the reasons is the lack of phase, long-term use will lead to burning, refrigeration compressor has the corresponding protection, but the compressor head of the line off the burner happened, such things are not the first time to encounter, such a matter is the direct relationship with the manufacturer and we hope to give more comments.
2. The refrigeration compressor has sequence protection. If the connection on the compressor is lost before the unit starts, the phase sequence protection should not close the control loop. The connection on the compressor dropped after the refrigeration compressor started normally. Or there's something wrong with your allowable protection. Why? The main reason is maintenance. No one checks the terminal for a long time. Refrigeration compressor machine should be placed outdoors, the wind is blowing, bad maintenance and other reasons will lead to this problem. Another suggestion is that when the refrigerator burns, you don't have to busy changing the compressor immediately. You should first pull off the total power supply of the unit. At this time, the compressor is very hot. After cooling, you can use the multimeter to measure whether the ash burns or not. Because some compressors now have built-in thermal protection, which is connected in series at the inlet coil, and inside the compressor, this thermal protection is recoverable.
3. Voltage-type Phase-break protection is to detect the voltage of three-phase power supply. If one phase is absent, the connection with load will be disconnected. Current-type is to detect three-phase current. If the Phase-break phase current is zero, the connection between power supply and load will be disconnected. Voltage-type Phase-break protector can not start in the absence of phase and directly protect load. Current-type is in the absence of phase. In the absence of phase, as long as the missing phase is not a load control power supply, it can be activated, but immediately detect the absence of phase, and power off. When choosing the voltage type, in general, when the motor may be dragged by other objects, because the motor is dragged like a generator when there is a voltage back phenomenon, for some voltage type protection with low sensitivity may be inactive, so the current type is used at this time.
